RATHBURNE Residence

NEW NO MOW LAWN REPLACEMENT, PREMIUM OUTDOOR LANDSCAPE LIGHTING SOLUTION

This client already had a feature rock wall put in the backyard, and wanted a new lawn so the kids could play volleyball. We first ripped out the old lawn (about 2500 square feet requiring a 20 yard disposal bin for the old sod) with a sod cutter, rototiller, smoothed and leveled with a landscape rake and water roller, and then reseeded a low maintenance native Red fescue lawn. A fresh 4 inches of clean soil was added on top.

Landscape Lighting

We suggested lighting up the beautiful rock wall of the property with Low voltage LED landscape lights, and after seeing the proposed lighting design, the client agreed that this small investment would greatly improve their home.
