NAPIER Residence

NEW OUTDOOR HARDSCAPE, PAVING STONE PATHWAY AND GARDEN BED DESIGN

This was a Design and Build to remove most of the grass on the property to reduce time spent mowing. The Front Yard was redesigned to incorporate Paving Stone Pathways and River Rock, while the Back was completely overhauled with River Rock hardscaping and a new deck. An additional green space replaced grass on the outside of the Front Yard fence.

A Paving Stone Pathway leads you around 2 River Rock Garden beds and to a redesigned raised berm planting bed.

The Backyard now features a deck, and a living Yew Hedge for privacy. River Rock beds and a new deck replace the high maintenance lawn on the tiered area.

Both Hardscaping Site Plans and Planting Plans were produced for this Project.

Raw materials: Composted Bark Mulch, 380 Native Plants, 3/4" River Rock, 1 1/2" River Rock, 18" Paving Stones, 3/4" Clear Crushed gravel
